Easy Banana Pudding.

I was hoping my sis would have visited for the weekend, as I planned to treat her and my nieces to my favorite banana pudding.¬† I picked up a bunch of organic bananas, which I was shocked to find once the cashier weighed them were only $1.38. Really? I should have grabbed a few extra bunches to freeze for smoothies. I wanted to make the pudding from scratch, so I could control the amount of sugar I wanted, but I went ahead and choose the vanilla instant mix. It only required milk, and extra vanilla extract. Orange Blueberry Infused Cranberry Cupcakes ( Gluten/Grain Free)

The other day while in the supermarket in aisle three looking for some artesian water to make some sole (so-lay), my son was in the other aisle where they carry “Pop Tarts”. O.K. long story short, the pop tarts came home. That Sunday afternoon, as he sat beside me on the sofa I questioned his food choices, as he referred to them as nothing more than a snack. “Mom, I ate fresh fruit all last week”. he exclaimed. If I had on pearls I would have clutched them. Somehow my child felt he deserved to be rewarded for eating¬† fresh fruit on a consistent basis. SMH.
