For this Smoothie you will need:

Base: Soy Milk, Silken Tofu, (Organic & Non-GMO )

Fruit: Frozen Cherries and banana

Boost:  Organic raw cacao powder

Spice: Vanilla Powder

Topping: Unsweetened Coconut

Everything was blended together.

And I didn’t share this one. He had a Silken Raw Cacao Smoothie Bowl instead.

INGREDIENTS
  • 91 grams Silken Tofu
  • 1 cup soy milk (add more if needed)
  • 75 grams frozen cherries
  • 1 tbsp Raw Cacao powder
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Powder
  • 10-20 drops Stevia
  • 1 frozen banana
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Blend all ingredients
  2. Top with coconut.
