Coconut Vanilla Bean and Cherry Nice Cream & Vanilla Bean and Wild Blueberry Nice Cream

Frozen bananas make some of the best soft-serve ice cream. I usually use 2- 3 cups of frozen bananas for the base. I add vanilla, cinnamon or any other spice blend. I then add coffee, green tea, matcha, fruit, or mixed berries and blend until smooth. A splash, or two of almond, or coconut milk helps to break the frozen bananas down to a creamier texture.

Vanilla Bean & Wild Blueberry Nice Cream

I add a vanilla layer to the glass, then add the blueberries to the remaining banana nice cream and blend before topping the vanilla blend.

For this Vanilla Bean & Wild Blueberry Nice Cream you will need:

  • 2 -3 Cups frozen bananas
  • 1 cup wild blueberries
  • Ceylon cinnamon
  • Vanilla bean paste
  • *Blend until creamy

Vanilla Bean & Wild Blueberry Nice Cream

For this Coconut Vanilla Bean & Cherry Nice Cream you will need:

  • 2-3 Cups frozen bananas
  • 1 Cup cherries
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • vanilla bean paste
  • Ceylon cinnamon
  • Raw Cacao Nibs (topping)
  • Coconut Flakes (topping)
  • *Blend  until smooth

Coconut Vanilla Bean & Cherry Nice Cream

Probably one of the simplest treats you could ever create, and it really needs no recipe. Bananas, fruit, spice blend, and eat.
